Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy: All Shadow Soul Co. sessions must be booked and paid in advance and are confirmed only after payment is received. Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise stated, and clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private space. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time; cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, missed appointments, or late arrivals of more than 15 minutes are considered no-shows and are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, and late arrivals will receive the remaining session time only. When a service is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available; availability is not guaranteed. In the rare event that Shadow Soul Co. must cancel a session, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
